Senior Principal Architect, AI

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the AI Development Lifecycle across all engineering projects
• Manage and evolve the AIDLC toolkit and governance structure as needed
• Establish and enforce delivery roles within engineering teams for clear accountability
• Drive adoption of AIDLC framework within squads, ensuring compliance and discipline
• Improve the framework by capturing lessons learned and integrating them into governance
• Design and prototype end-to-end AI solution architecture
• Evaluate new AI tools and frameworks through hands-on testing and experimentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in AI systems
• 8+ years in software or platform engineering with a focus on AI/ML
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with production AI solutions
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks
• Fluent in Python and familiar with Azure AI tools
• Experience developing AI delivery lifecycles and corporate governance frameworks
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts across different audiences
