Senior Presentation Specialist
This is not a remote position. T-Mobile is a hybrid work environment requiring work in the office three (3) days per week. The successful candidate will be located in either Overland Park, KS or Frisco, TX areas.
About the role
At T-Mobile, you will play a key role in our presentation support team, reporting to our Director, Bid Management, who reports to the VP of Marketing. You'll offer strategic insights and suggestions, mobilize resources, and support the creative development of all custom presentation materials. You will have a seat at the table developing custom pitch strategies, as well as modernizing proposal resources to get us to the finalist stage more often. Day to day, you will support the presentation process from start to finish, create memorable presentation materials, help prepare the team with oral coaching, review debriefs, and share insights.

- Create compelling and memorable presentation materials that reflect our innovation, customer focus, and move our audience to action
- Lead the creative process and develop ways to incorporate animations, digital audio, and video into presentations
- Lead internal preparation and debriefs
- Collaborate across teams to deliver an excellent experience for all participants in the process
Requirements
- A tech-savvy visual storyteller with a knack for crafting persuasive messages that show the customer they've been heard—and move them to act
- A strong project manager who excels in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, while also efficiently prioritizing tasks
- An exceptional communicator who strategically designs presentations to encourage meaningful dialogue and discussion
- Ability to illustrate customer value and market competitiveness
- A naturally collaborative spirit and a team-oriented mindset; you thrive in an environment where you can add value to projects and initiatives alongside others
- Fresh ideas and approaches to enhance presentations, with a keen eye for detail
- 2-3 years of strategic presentation development, with an excellent understanding of the sales cycle, customer acquisition/retention strategies, and sales objectives
- Understanding of presale development process and project execution experience; telecom or tech industry experience is a plus
- Strong PowerPoint skills with experience incorporating video and audio content for use in both in-person and virtual presentations
- Basic knowledge of general graphic design principles/concepts (e.g., composition, layout)
- Degree or expertise in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Qvidian or other presentation content management software tools
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign
- Experience with virtual meetings and conference software – Teams, Webex, Dialpad, etc.
- Industry certificates and/or accreditations (AMA, PMP, Adobe Creative Suite, APMP, Presentation Guild, etc.)
Pay
The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity for this role is $99,935 - $180,205, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. The base pay range is $86,900 - $156,700. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience.
