About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) to grow, deepen, and manage relationships with affluent customers and those with complex financial needs. As their primary point of contact, you’ll deliver banking products and services through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. This role focuses on advice-driven relationship building, translating customer goals into comprehensive financial strategies, and actively growing a defined book of business. You’ll provide integrated solutions across deposits, investments, credit, home lending, and business banking while assisting with everyday banking needs. Success requires strong relationship acumen, proactive customer engagement, and collaboration with internal partners in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to deliver a differentiated experience.

This role begins as a temporary Senior Branch Premier Banker LP (license pending) until licensing requirements and SAFE registration are completed. Upon successful completion, you’ll transition to the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role. Unlicensed hires will participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program.
