We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Why Wells Fargo" intro? That's marketing fluff but maybe considered boilerplate? It's not required but it's substantive? It's generic marketing. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Why Wells Fargo" is not exactly those categories, but it's promotional fluff. Might be considered not needed? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The "Why Wells Fargo" is substantive? It's about company culture, but maybe considered boilerplate? Not sure. Safer to keep it as part of About the role? But we have a section About the role; we could put that content there. However the posting already has "About this role:" heading. We can treat that as About the role section. The "Why Wells Fargo" could be omitted as it's not directly about the role. But it's still info about company. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might combine. We need sections: About the role (use

About the role

) containing prose from "About this role:" paragraph(s). Responsibilities: list of duties from "In this role you will:" bullet points. Requirements: maybe required qualifications? Qualifications: desired qualifications? Skills: maybe skills list? Benefits: benefits list. Pay: pay range. Schedule: schedule expectations (Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays). Also licensing requirements maybe part of Qualifications. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay range is given: $37.00 - $65.50. So include Pay section. Schedule: "Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays". That's specific, include Schedule. Benefits: list given. Qualifications: Required Qualifications and Desired Qualifications. Could combine into Qualifications section. Skills: maybe not separate; we could omit Skills if no explicit skills list beyond qualifications. But we could treat "Skills" as part of Qualifications. However instruction: Use sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Skills? Not explicitly. Might omit Skills. Requirements: maybe refer to licensing requirements etc. Could treat as Requirements. Let's structure:

About the role

... (the About this role paragraph)

Responsibilities

  • ... each bullet

Requirements

Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays. This role requires FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 (or FINRA recognized equivalents), and State Insurance license(s) which must be active or completed within a designated timeframe. For any FINRA qualification exams earned after Sept. 30, 2018, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam is also required. For the following states where hired, FINRA Series 65 (or equivalent) examination will also be required within a specified period of time: AK, AL, CT, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, MD, MI, MN, MS, NC, ND, NE, NM, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, and WY. Wyoming allows referral-only licensed bankers to receive the IAR registration without the Series 65/66. Requirements may change based on current state regulations. Obtaining and maintaining required FINRA licenses is necessary for continued employment. Wells Fargo will begin the FINRA review process once an offer is accepted. SAFE registration is required at the time of employment and Wells Fargo will initiate the process after your start date. Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and comply with Wells Fargo policies, including standards related to financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background. A credit report may be reviewed (credit score not included) and additional ongoing screening may apply. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

But we also have schedule separate; maybe schedule section separate. Better: Schedule section:

Schedule

Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays.

Requirements section could contain licensing etc. Qualifications section: Required Qualifications and Desired Qualifications. Benefits section: list. Pay section:

Pay

$37.00 - $65.50 base pay range. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". The above includes "Pay may vary depending on factors..." which is from posting, okay. Now ensure we removed duplicated lines, boilerplate like "Why Wells Fargo", "We Value Equal Opportunity", EEO, Drug and Alcohol Policy, etc. Also remove "Posting End Date", "Reference Number". Also remove "Locations :" maybe we could keep location info? It's substantive but not under any heading; maybe we could include in About the role? But location is not requested as a section; we could embed location info in About the role paragraph? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to keep location info somewhere. Could add a

under About the role or maybe a separate section "Locations". But we don't have a heading for Locations in allowed list; only allowed headings are those enumerated. So we must fold location info into a short

or drop it. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Location is not minor metadata? Might be considered minor metadata but still substantive. We could fold into About the role paragraph as a sentence. Thus we will include location info in About the role paragraph. Now craft About the role paragraph: combine the "Why Wells Fargo" maybe not needed; but we can incorporate company culture? Might be considered fluff but still substantive. Safer to include it as part of About the role? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The "Why Wells Fargo" is not those; it's marketing. Might be okay to keep. But we risk including fluff. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; if we omit it, we are missing info. So include it. Thus About the role paragraph will start with "Why Wells Fargo: Are you looking for more? Find it here.
