Senior Practice Manager, Healthcare & Life Science

Overview

As a Professional Services Practice Manager at Snowflake, you will be a key driver in transforming businesses through cutting-edge cloud data solutions. Reporting to a Consulting Practice Director, you will collaborate with top-tier clients, strategize with elite sales teams, and lead groundbreaking professional service engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead services sales execution and project delivery success for key accounts.
• Engage C-level executives to create and execute services roadmaps that drive real business outcomes.
• Own the entire professional services lifecycle—from deal strategy and proposal creation to execution and forecasting.
• Lead high-performing teams while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a Sales and Services Delivery role (or similar capacity).
• Direct experience, ideally within the respective market, in a Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and/or Cloud field.
• Strong understanding of business solutions of our target clients, leveraging data as an enabler.
• Proven track record of meeting booking, utilization, and consumption (or similar) targets.
• Proven ability to communicate and translate effectively across both internal teams and customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Big 5 or boutique strategy consulting experience, ideally with experience achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in a client support and advisory technical role (solution architect, system administrator, technical account manager or equivalent).
• Experience in designing, leading, influencing and selling functional solution sets (e.g. Digital Marketing, Supply Chain optimization, Manufacturing Re-engineering).
