Senior Practice Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Practice Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will oversee multi-clinic operations across a large metropolitan region, driving consistent care delivery, operational performance, and regulatory compliance. The Senior Practice Manager will partner closely with clinicians and educators to support provider development, strengthen quality outcomes, and advance continuous improvement efforts. This position also carries responsibility for fiscal oversight and business metrics tied to regional growth initiatives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,467 – $237,930 annually Responsibilities Manage operations of 15 clinics in the Ft. Worth/Dallas area Ensure clinic team performance meets clinical practice excellence and compliance standards Collaborate with educators and clinicians for provider training and development Review clinical metrics to maintain quality and safety standards Implement strategies for continuous quality improvement Plan and supervise medical services within the region Manage fiscal responsibilities and business metrics for growth initiatives Qualifications Current board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant Active, unrestricted state licensure to practice as a FNP or PA 5 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant 2 years of experience managing teams Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off Retirement savings options Wellness programs Resources for physical, emotional, and financial well-being Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
