Senior Practice Engineer – Water/Wastewater

About the role

ms is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Engineer with deep water/wastewater industry knowledge to join our growing water team. This position is a hybrid role and can be based out of one of our Ohio offices in either Columbus, Youngstown, Cleveland or Akron, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and design expertise on multidisciplinary water/wastewater projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across a broad range of project types, supporting quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Lead and manage projects, conduct quality control, perform technical reviews, manage tasks, and support proposal development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License.

Technical Qualifications

• Extensive water/wastewater design experience.
• Experience with process modeling or hydraulic modeling software preferred.
• Prior experience with task or project management is a plus.
