About the role

Lead software development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to project timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve coding standards and practices.
  • Participate in design sprints and workshops to ideate and implement new features and improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with databases and data structures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
