Senior Platform Manager, Community Experience Platform Products

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Platform Manager, Community Experience Platform Products to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will guide the strategy and execution for a platform that improves the support and community experience for users. You will partner closely with senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to shape a clear roadmap, define measurable outcomes, and drive alignment across the organization. The position calls for strong product judgment, the ability to balance stakeholder input with practical execution, and a focus on delivering meaningful experience improvements. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-team collaboration to enhance the support experience
• Define clear success metrics and OKRs
• Craft product strategy and develop a comprehensive roadmap
• Align product vision and strategy with senior leaders and stakeholders
• Prioritize tasks based on stakeholder input and maintain flexibility in approach
• Manage the product backlog and roadmap effectively
• Present product progress and strategic direction to company leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 5 years in a product management role
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
• Strong understanding of user experience principles
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Outcome-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to achieving goals
• Experience partnering with teams beyond the immediate organization
• Creative thinking balanced with practical execution capabilities

Pay

$179,000 – $207,000 annually
