About the role
The Senior Planner at Everlane is responsible for forecasting, monitoring, and ordering products across the company’s assortment. They must analyze data to ensure efficient inventory turnover and make recommendations to merchandising, production, and logistics teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop preseason sales, margin and inventory plans by channel, category, style and color
- Project sales volumes for existing and upcoming products to support replenishment and new launch buys
- Enhance existing inventory models to improve forecast accuracy and inventory turnover
- Work with merchandising to recommend style/cc counts and flow of product
- Manage in-season OTB forecasts for sales and inventory to drive to financial goals and KPI targets
- Generate purchase orders down to SKU-level with incredible precision and accuracy
- Collaborate with production and logistics to ensure optimal inventory flows
- Perform a variety of analyses and tasks to improve understanding of business trends and opportunities
- Build tools and dashboards to streamline business processes
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in merchandise/inventory planning, allocation, finance or business analytics
- Advanced competency in Excel
- Familiarity with inventory planning concepts and theory
- Top-notch analytical, financial modeling and problem solving skills
- Understanding of product and trend as it relates to the business
- Ability to quickly adapt to change and new processes

Benefits
Full-time role based in the Los Angeles Creative Studio, with a hybrid schedule of at least three days in the office per week, Tuesdays through Thursdays.
Pay
The annual compensation range for this role is $81,000 - $120,000.
