Senior Planner & Allocator, Community Hubs (Retail)
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Merchandising and Retail Operations to build store-specific assortments that cater to each store’s demographics and size profiles.
- Manage store-level inventory to maintain healthy service levels while mitigating obsolescence.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting and hindsight meetings that drive future assortment and buying decisions for retail locations.
- Build and expand on existing tools and processes to support retail expansion.
- Work alongside the Director of Inventory Planning to evaluate future buys and optimize the tools and templates required for robust decision-making.
- Support the Merchandising team in quarterly assortment and investment review meetings.
- Plan and communicate RTV’s with the store teams to prep for each new launch.
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships to foster collaboration between teams.
- Optimize and communicate in-stock levels in stores through weekly and bi-weekly replenishments.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a role focused on inventory planning—ideally omni level.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as mathematics, economics, statistics, or finance preferred.
- Superb analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Extremely high attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage various projects while staying on-track with deliverables and communications.
- Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Docs).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.).
- A strong team player with a positive, go-getter attitude.

Pay
Base salary range: $85,000 – $100,000. Actual base salary is determined based on relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
