We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Planner to join our printing plant team in Eagan, Minnesota. External candidates are eligible for a $2,500 signing bonus after 90 days in the role.
About the Role
- Identify materials and process requirements for finished good production orders.
- Determine lot sizes for general shipment and replenishment orders.
- Create and release production orders to communicate all details necessary to ensure accurate production.
- Monitor production orders through the planning process to ensure quality and determine optimal processing.
- Forecast products in SAP and develop/collect product specifications for input into SAP.
- Maintain material master data and scheduling/providing binder and tab specifications.
- Collaborate with production and/or other internal departments.
- Proactively build relationships with internal and external customers and monitor all product components.
- Serve as a resource to the Material Req Planner 1 and lead special projects to improve processes.
- Provide quotes and may perform MCS Account Representative 2 duties as assigned by the business.
- Provide backup support to Account Representatives and may perform system testing.
- Support other production needs as requested (e.g., flex labor needs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and some work experience in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Knowledge of material requirements planning for a broad group of products.
- High level of proficiency in SAP.
- Mathematical, analytical, and logic skills.

Pay
The base compensation range for this role is $58,100 USD - $107,900 USD, with eligibility for an annual bonus based on enterprise and individual performance.
Schedule
2nd shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM.
