Senior Photolithography Equipment Engineer

Role: Senior Photolithography Equipment Engineer responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing photolithography equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Install and qualify advanced photolithography equipment in a cleanroom setting.Perform equipment sustainment through maintenance, repairs, and documentation.Collaborate with process engineers to resolve equipment-related production issues.Manage projects to address hardware gaps and improve equipment performance.Develop vendor relationships to ensure high equipment metrics.Implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies. Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of industry experience with photolithography equipment or equivalent military/technician background.Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related field, or AAS with 5+ years industry experience.Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training.Preferred: knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, effective communication, and proficiency in data science and programming.
