Senior Photographer

Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Photographer to join our content team. In this role, you will support the editorial team by creating elevated imagery for both editorial and e-commerce purposes. These shoots will include (but are not limited to): Campaigns, Editorials, Lookbooks, Stylized Product Photography, Architectural Photography, and more. Shoots will take place both in-studio and on-location, and the role will be required to travel for shoots both domestically and internationally (when necessary).

Responsibilities

• Capture photography that not only upholds Kith’s visual standards but helps elevate them.
• Photography shoots will include (but are not limited to): Campaigns, Editorials, Lookbooks, Stylized Product Photography, Architectural Photography; primarily for the women's business.
• Maintain consistent brand aesthetics while bringing creative direction to life.
• Conduct photoshoots in-studio and on-location, which may include traveling domestically and internationally.
• Oversee the development and execution of new lighting techniques to bring a fresh perspective to Kith’s assets.
• Plan and execute shoots with precision, adapting to different environments and lighting conditions.
• Work closely with CEO/Creative Director, VPs, Art Director, producers, stylists, and sample coordinators to bring the brand’s vision to life and create impactful imagery.
• Provide input during pre-production meetings to align on creative goals and shot lists.
• Manage and maintain camera equipment, lighting setups, and other technical tools to deliver professional results.
• Oversee post-production of assets to ensure final execution of color, treatment, and retouching.
• Ensure all files are organized and delivered according to project deadlines and specifications.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in fashion photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing "on-body" model work.
• Advanced expertise in both studio lighting setups and on-location photography.
• Advanced expertise in all aspects of post-production.
• Advanced expertise in CaptureOne and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Prominent ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to take direction from art directors and producers.
• Passion for fashion, creativity, and visual storytelling.
• Experience shooting high-level talent is a plus.
