Senior Philanthropic Advisor, Leadership Giving

Responsibilities

• Manage 100-125 major and principal gift donor portfolio
• Independently execute strategies for gifts of $100K-$500K
• Collaborate with the AVP on strategies for $1M+ gifts
• Achieve annual personalized revenue goals of $2.5M-$5M
• Maintain a minimum of 10-15 actively cultivated $1M+ prospects
• Proactively engage with AVP on high-stakes gift strategies
• Build multi-year relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families

Qualifications

• 8+ years in major gift fundraising with proven success over $500K
• Experience in complex, matrixed organizational structures
• Expertise in developing $1M+ gift strategies and maintaining a robust pipeline
• Collaborative approach with senior leadership on complex accounts
• Strong skills in donor and stakeholder relationship management
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM, with a focus on analytics
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree or CFRE preferred

Pay

$140,000 – $170,000 annually
