As a Senior Phased Array Architect, you will lead critical efforts to design and deliver next-generation antenna systems that will redefine how people connect to the internet.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the architectural vision for advanced phased array antenna systems, ensuring they align with performance, scalability, and reliability goals.

• Collaborate with product management, supply chain, and operations to ensure architectural decisions align with business goals and production realities.
• Set architectural direction for manufacturability and testability, ensuring designs are robust, scalable, and ready for high-volume production.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, cultivating a team culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
• 7+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines
• Experience in phased array design principles, including beamforming, steering, and calibration
• Experience with RF front-end design, high-speed digital systems, and signal integrity
• Experience with system modeling tools and architectural design methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
• Experience in Space Vehicle/Satellite Operations, Space Communications or related industry
• Experience in wireless system design and architecture, system integration, and RF system analysis
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with EM simulation tools (e.g., CST, HFSS, ADS) and system-level modeling platforms
• Knowledge of at least one modern programming or scripting language such as C, C++, Python, or MATLAB

Pay

• USA, WA, Redmond: $137,300.00 - $185,700.00 USD annually
• Amazon package includes sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs)
• Final compensation determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location
