Senior Pharmacist - Programs

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for pharmacy programs and workflows
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and pharmacy data
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Develop and present educational materials for stakeholders
• Identify and support enhancements for program efficiency
• Collaborate across departments to achieve objectives

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharmacy or PGY-1 Managed Care Pharmacy Residency plus 2 years of experience
• Experience in pharmacy strategy and program development
• Strong understanding of managed care principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data processing applications
