Senior Performance Media Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Performance Media Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive performance marketing initiatives focused on efficient acquisition, testing, and measurable revenue contribution. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead omni-channel media strategy and buying across various platforms
• Develop comprehensive campaign briefs and media plans for brand initiatives
• Oversee creative strategy ensuring regular updates and optimizations based on data analysis
• Test new creative formats to enhance brand awareness and acquisition efforts
• Manage partnerships with media channels, DSPs, and agencies
• Analyze performance metrics to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness
• Own the budget planning and financial reconciliation across all paid media channels

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in paid media, specializing in social, programmatic display, and video/CTV buying
• Proven ability to manage significant media budgets with a growth marketing focus
• Familiarity with measurement tools such as CM360, Tableau, and Salesforce
• Strong analytical capabilities for deriving actionable insights from complex data
• Experience in managing influencer and creator partnerships within paid media
• Excellent project management skills in a dynamic, cross-functional setting
• Background in B2B or eCommerce marketing, preferably in web hosting or SaaS

Compensation

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
