Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll, HR, or a similar field.
- Experience with digital platforms and software development.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
