About the role
Own and scale Aria's paid acquisition engine from initial setup through measurement, optimization, and reporting. This is a hands-on role covering campaign strategy, tracking and attribution, creative testing, budget decisions, and landing-page conversion.
Responsibilities
- Build the paid acquisition engine from the ground up, beginning with Google Search and Meta.
- Set up campaigns, write advertising copy, prepare landing-page briefs, implement tracking, and launch.
- Make daily budget and scaling decisions based on performance data.
- Implement UTM structures and conversion events covering the journey from advertisement click to first purchase.
- Report on CAC, activation rate, 30-day retention, and revenue per new customer.
- Own paid creative strategy, run structured tests, document results, and brief the marketing team.
- Direct conversion-rate optimization for paid landing pages in partnership with development and marketing.
Qualifications
- Experience managing paid budgets of at least $30,000 per month with direct CAC and ROAS accountability.
- Mastery of Google Search and Meta Ads, including campaign buildout, pixel tracking, conversion events, advertising copy, and data analysis.
- Expertise in direct-response advertising for a skeptical, experienced audience.
- Proven experience building attribution frameworks that connect advertising spend to revenue.
- Proficiency with UTMs and GA4 or an equivalent analytics platform.
- Ability to operate as a solo contributor and own all aspects of paid growth.
- A data-driven approach to building, testing, learning, and iterating.
Pay
Base salary: $100,000-$170,000 per year.
