Senior People Partner

About the role
This is an on-the-ground People Partner role for Mitti’s Americas region, driving people strategy that supports our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. You’ll partner with regional leaders to align business priorities with people initiatives and connect the region to our global People & Culture Centers of Excellence. As a trusted senior People partner and member of the regional GTM leadership team, you’ll coach sales leaders through our performance framework, build high-performing teams, and act as a strategic advisor to the Global Leader of GTM. You’ll report directly to our Chief People Officer, playing a critical role in driving both business and people success across the region.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted People partner within the regional GTM leadership team, participating in weekly sales leadership meetings, GTM standups, and leadership calls to anticipate organizational needs and proactively solve challenges.
- Coach sales leaders through Mitti’s performance framework, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), business dashboards, and regular 1:1 coaching to strengthen performance, accountability, and team effectiveness.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs that build capability and support high-performing teams across the Americas.
- Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to enable growth, ensuring teams navigate change with clarity, confidence, and a great employee experience.
- Drive regional People programs that strengthen culture, engagement, and performance, fostering an inclusive, high-performing hybrid work environment.
- Partner with Compensation & Benefits to support reward and incentive programs for GTM teams, including commission plans, incentive structures, and annual U.S. benefits enrollment.
- Leverage people analytics, business data, and employee engagement insights to identify trends and ensure compliance with evolving U.S. employment legislation.
- Champion AI adoption across People & Culture, embedding tools like Cowork, Claude, and AI-powered coaching to improve decision-making, efficiency, and employee experience.
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Business Partner supporting high-growth, global Go-to-Market (GTM) organizations, with confidence operating as the senior People partner in-region.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. multi-state employment law and experience navigating fast-paced, scaling businesses.
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior leaders, coaching them to build high-performing, engaged teams.
- Experience leading organizational change, guiding teams through growth, and balancing commercial outcomes with employee experience.
- Comfort using data and insights to shape decisions and measure impact.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and work autonomously while staying connected to a global People & Culture team.
- Commercial mindset, building people strategies that directly support business growth and performance.
- Excitement for AI and active use of AI-powered tools to improve workflows, decision-making, and adoption of new ways of working.
