The Senior People Partner will enable business success, amplify our culture, and increase interpersonal efficiency through Cohesity’s People Strategy partnership with our Sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Build strategic partnerships with leaders and operate as a trusted advisor.
- Lead organizational change efforts.
- Drive interpersonal design and build talent plans to identify and meet current and future talent needs.
- Lead through culture and core values, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Advise on role structures, organization development, and communication requirements.
- Support people managers and leaders in achieving revenue and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with global HR leaders to identify and implement organization opportunities and initiatives.
- Complete and deliver on all HR programs with excellence and global consistency.
- Advocate for proactive performance management.
- Use data and metrics to guide decision-making.
- Partner with HR centers of excellence.
- Use HR technology platforms and tools.
- Participate in company-wide talent initiatives.
Requirements
- 12+ years relevant HR Business Partner experience.
- Experience supporting the Americas region, with international partnership experience a plus.
- Experience supporting a field sales organization.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and change.
- Prior experience in a technology company, preferably in the cloud, BI/analytics, or platform as a service setting.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to provide business and HR knowledge to define solution options.
- Ability to gather and synthesize information from different sources to raise awareness and inspire change.
- A “business first” mentality of understanding Cohesity’s portfolio of products and services, and using that knowledge to apply HR and People solutions and outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
- Growing competence in the various HR functional areas: employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, data and analytics, etc.
- Proficiency in employee engagement and performance management processes and trends.

Pay
This position has a starting pay range of $146,880.00 - $183,600.00 annually. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants.
Schedule
Employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g., within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
