Senior People Business Partner

About the role

We are recruiting an experienced Senior People Business Partner to join a fast-paced, operationally led organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What you'll be doing

• Partnering with senior leaders and leading a small BP team through continued change and transformation
• Balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day operational people challenges in an environment where pace, adaptability and sound judgement are essential

Requirements

• Senior HR/People BP experience within logistics, transport, manufacturing, FMCG or a similar operational environment
• Strong ER and organisational change experience, including TUPE, restructures and redundancy
• Confidence influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
• A pragmatic, commercially minded approach and the ability to work effectively through ambiguity
