We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We have content: Role Overview (maybe About the role). Responsibilities section present. Required Skills/Experience (maybe Skills). Qualifications section present. Benefits present. Pay present (salary range). Schedule not mentioned (no schedule). So we should not include Schedule heading. Also maybe "About the role" corresponds to Role Overview. We'll include that. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove application instructions like "If your skills generally align but not perfectly, please apply anyway." That's application instruction; we should remove. Also remove "We offer competitive compensation and benefits..." but we need to keep benefits details. The sentence "We offer competitive compensation and benefits to our full-time, US-based employees, including:" is intro to benefits; we can keep as part of benefits paragraph or maybe drop as filler? It's not boilerplate; it's part of benefits description. We'll keep. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include details about role overview, responsibilities, required skills/desired skills, qualifications, benefits, pay. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list, we need
    • . For required skills/experience list, also
      • . For benefits list, also
        • . For qualifications maybe not a list but could be paragraph; but we can also list as
          • if we want. The instruction: Use
            • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So if we have a list, we must use ul/li. For qualifications, it's not a list but we can use

. For benefits, we have a list of items; we should use ul/li. We need to ensure we don't include headings with empty content. Let's extract content. About the role / Role Overview: "Radar Reinvented. Echodyne offers the world's first compact solid-state true beam-steering radar for a wide range of industries and applications. Our high-performance radars work in all weather and are designed for autonomous vehicles, uncrewed aircraft & drones, and security of borders, critical infrastructure, and smart cities. The company combines the patented technology of metamaterials with powerful software to create a radar sensor with unprecedented performance at commercial price points. Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM). Echodyne is seeking a Senior PCB Design Engineer to join our fast-growing team. ROLE OVERVIEW High-performance printed circuit boards are critical to Echodyne's advanced radar products. Responsibilities list: - Independently plan and drive assigned PCB designs from schematic review through production release, including estimates, priorities, dependencies, technical risks, and status. - Translate schematics, electrical requirements, and mechanical constraints into complex multilayer PCBAs for analog, RF, and mixed-signal applications. - Collaborate with Engineering and PCB fabricators to establish board outlines, stackups, materials, placement, routing, controlled impedance, via structures, and other physical design requirements. - Apply signal integrity, power integrity, electromagnetic compatibility, thermal, reliability, and design for manufacturability, assembly, and test (DFM/DFA/DFT) best practices. - Work with Electrical Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and external vendors to optimize designs for cost, quality, and manufacturability. - Support new product introduction (NPI), product revisions, and sustaining changes by working with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve fabrication, assembly, build, yield, and production issues. - Create, review, and maintain component symbols, footprints, 3D models, in the company wide component library. - Provide technical guidance to less experienced PCB designers and improve PCB design methods, standards, tool flows, and review and release practices. - Work with RF Engineering and Analog/Mixed Signal design teams to learn requirements and key features, understand how these features match with vendor capabilities, and implement best practices in Schematic and Layout Required Skills / Experience (core): - Proficiency with Altium Designer or similar PCB design software and the ability to interpret complex schematics - Knowledge of PCB layout practices for RF, millimeter-wave, high-speed digital, mixed-signal, analog, and power applications - Knowledge of PCB stackups, materials, controlled impedance, via structures, finishes, fabrication processes, and assembly methods - Practical application of design for manufacturability, assembly, and test principles - Knowledge of applicable IPC standards and controlled PCB fabrication, assembly, and release documentation requirements - Ability to prioritize multiple assignments from broad direction and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, fabricators, and contract manufacturers Desired Skills / Experience (optional): - Experience developing PCB designs for radar, aerospace, defense, RF, or other high-reliability electronic products - Experience with high-density interconnect (HDI), high layer count, rigid-flex, flex circuit, or other advanced PCB technologies - Experience with Arena or a similar product lifecycle management (PLM) system - IPC CID, CID+, or other relevant PCB design certification Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, a related technical field, or equivalent experience and 10 or more years of relevant PCB design experience, or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience - Eligibility to handle export-controlled technical data, including ITAR and EAR-controlled information - Echodyne's technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government and we must evaluate an applicant's eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required Government authorizations. Therefore, we will ask you as part of the application process to identify whether you are a U.S. Citizen or green card holder, or have asylum/refugee status in the U.S. We might keep the last two sentences as part of qualifications paragraph. Benefits list: - RSU (Restricted Stock Units) - Generous Benefits: - Fully-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums for you - Choice of PPO or HDHP/HSA - Virtual Care – 98Point6 - Employee Assistance Program - Mental Health coverage through Springhealth & Talkspace (Premera) - Travel Assistance Insurance - Company Paid Life Insurance - Company Paid Short & Long Term Disability - Flexible PTO (exempt) / 15 days per year (non-exempt) - 401(k) match - Pet Insurance - Prepaid Legal Program - Commuter Benefits - Paid Company Holidays We need to format as list items. The "Generous Benefits:" is a heading inside benefits; we could treat as a paragraph then list. Pay: - The expected annual salary range for this role is $124,733—$187,048 USD We need to include Pay section heading

              Pay

with maybe a paragraph. Schedule: not present, omit. We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement. Remove that. Also remove "All qualified applicants receive consideration for employment without regard to ..." that's EEO boilerplate; remove. Also remove "If your skills generally align but not perfectly, please apply anyway. There may be another role that's a great fit for you!" that's application instruction; remove. Also remove "We offer competitive compensation and benefits to our full-time, US-based employees, including:" maybe keep as intro to benefits but it's not a list; we can keep as a

before the list. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

              About the role

              ... (combined role overview)

              Responsibilities

              • ...
              • ...

              Skills

Maybe we split into Required Skills and Desired Skills? The instruction says use section headings like Skills. Could combine required and desired under Skills. But we could also have two subheadings? Not allowed; only those headings. We could put all skills under Skills heading, using
              • for each. Might be long but okay. Alternatively we could have separate sections: Requirements and Qualifications. The instruction list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. So we can have Requirements for required skills, Qualifications for education/experience, Skills for desired? But they said "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can choose which to include. We have content for Requirements (required skills), Qualifications (education/experience/export), Skills (desired skills). We'll include all three. Thus:

                Requirements

                  required skills

                Qualifications

                ... (degree, experience, export eligibility)

                Skills

                  desired skills
But note that "Skills" could also include both required and desired; but we already used Requirements for required skills. That's fine. Now Benefits:

                Benefits

We offer competitive compensation and benefits to our full-time, US-based employees, including:

                  list
                Pay:

                Pay

The expected annual salary range for this role is $124,733—$187,048 USD

Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate. Let's craft the About the role paragraph: combine the intro and role overview. Paragraph: "Radar Reinvented. Echodyne offers the world's first compact solid-state true beam-steering radar for a wide range of industries and applications. Our high-performance radars work in all weather and are designed for autonomous vehicles, uncrewed aircraft & drones, and security of borders, critical infrastructure, and smart cities. Now Requirements list (required skills
