Senior Payroll Tax Manager

About the role

Own global payroll tax strategy, policies, and operating framework across jurisdictions. Establish payroll tax governance standards, controls, documentation, escalation, and audit readiness. Monitor legislative changes affecting withholding, social security, benefits-in-kind, and equity reporting.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, tax, HR, or related field
• Bring at least eight years in payroll tax, employment tax, or payroll operations
• Demonstrate strong multinational experience working across multiple jurisdictions

Nice to have

• Experience in global technology, financial services, or fintech organizations
• Background supporting payroll transformation, platform implementation, or HRIS integration projects
• Experience with equity compensation tax and reporting for RSUs or ESOPs
