First Baptist Church of Springfield, a multigenerational Southern Baptist congregation in Northern Virginia, is seeking a Senior Pastor to provide biblical leadership and shepherd its diverse community into a new season of ministry.
Responsibilities
- Expositional preaching
- Leading church staff
- Cultivating a culture of discipleship, evangelism, and community engagement
Qualifications
- Demonstrated pastoral experience
- Preferred seminary training
- Complete theological alignment with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000
