Senior Partnership Manager, Amazon Shipping

About the role

Our team is building a new, emerging business to solve some of the biggest customer pain points in the logistics industry globally. We're looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to build, manage, and scale our US partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and scale external partnerships from ideation and contracting through launch and partnership management.
• Work closely with internal product and business development teams to identify partners and opportunities that align with our growth priorities, and to execute new products or strategies with existing partners.
• Collaborate with our tech team to ensure seamless integration of new partnerships and product launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience structuring and negotiating agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
• Experience within the parcel delivery segment.
• Experience with APIs and technical integrations.
• Track record of creating bespoke, growth-oriented partnerships.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

• USA, NY, New York - 162,700.00 - 220,200.00 USD annually
• USA, VA, Arlington - 147,900.00 - 200,100.00 USD annually
• USA, WA, Bellevue - 147,900.00 - 200,100.00 USD annually
