Senior Paralegal - Estate Planning

Morgan Law Group is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Senior Paralegal to support clients through the estate planning process with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities
- Draft and assemble estate planning documents, including revocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, deeds, and related ancillary documents using WealthDocx
- Communicate with clients to gather information, respond to questions, provide updates, and support a smooth planning process
- Lead estate plan signing meetings with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the attorney to finalize comprehensive estate plans
- Participate in weekly estate planning and staff meetings
- Maintain clear and timely client correspondence by phone, email, and in person
- Help ensure client files, documents, and follow-up items are accurate, organized, and completed on schedule
- Support a high-quality client experience through responsiveness, care, and strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an estate planning law firm
- Experience drafting estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, deeds, and related planning documents
- Experience with WealthDocx preferred
- Comfortable interacting with clients in person, by phone, and in writing
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
- High comfort level with technology and learning new systems
- Able to manage multiple priorities and follow matters through to completion
- Excellent customer service skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Dependable, professional, punctual, and self-motivated
- California notary public preferred, but not required
Benefits
Morgan Law Group offers a competitive compensation package including a salary range of $82,000 to $108,000 commensurate with experience, paid holidays, vacation, health insurance stipend, retirement matching benefits, growth potential, and a friendly, collegial work environment.
Work Arrangement
The position is based in Newport Beach, California and offers both in-office and hybrid options with a minimum of 3 days on-site.
