About the role
As a Senior Paralegal, you will provide comprehensive legal support to the litigation department, assisting with document review, drafting legal correspondence, and managing case files. You will also be responsible for preparing exhibits and trial materials, and collaborating with attorneys to ensure all legal requirements are met.Responsibilities
- Review and analyze complex legal documents and pleadings
- Draft correspondence and legal memoranda
- Prepare and organize case files and exhibits
- Coordinate with attorneys and other legal staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of trial materials
- Manage discovery requests and maintain compliance with court rules and procedures
- Assist with the preparation of motions and other legal filings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
- Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a legal setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with legal research software and databases
