Ingredients Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in packaging, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the packaging industry, preferably in consumer packaged goods
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, capabilities, and equipment
- Knowledge of government regulatory requirements related to food processing
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build cross-functional partnerships internally and externally
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leaders
- Advanced analytical and logical problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of food science and product interaction with packaging
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitary design, and equipment cleaning principles
- Strong understanding of package testing procedures
- Strong understanding of consumer-packaged goods manufacturing
- Financial acumen to support profitability and interpret capital plans
- Team-building mindset with a focus on mentoring and coaching
Physical Requirements
- You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination.
- You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size.
- This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment.
- Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $82,000 - $120,000. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
