Senior OutSystems Developer (Certified OutSystems Professional)

Key Responsibilities

• OutSystems Development: Design, build, and deploy scalable applications using OutSystems Reactive Web & Mobile.
• Ensure adherence to OutSystems best practices in architecture, security, and performance.
• Develop custom workflows, integrations, and data models.
• Database & Backend: Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
• Maintain data integrity and performance in database management.
• Integrate OutSystems with external systems using APIs and .NET.
• Production Support & Leadership: Provide troubleshooting, debugging, and incident resolution for live applications.
• Mentor offshore/onshore teams and drive technical best practices.
• Lead projects from conception to completion with documented success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: 7+ years of hands-on OutSystems development experience.
• OutSystems Professional or Expert Certification (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in Reactive Web & UI development (desktop/mobile).
• Advanced SQL skills (queries, optimization, stored procedures).
• Experience with .NET for backend integrations.
• Proven production support and team mentoring experience.

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines in OutSystems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
