Senior OT Cybersecurity Risk Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior OT Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to partner with business, engineering, infrastructure, and OT teams to identify, assess, and communicate cybersecurity risks. The ideal candidate can translate technical vulnerabilities and OT risks into clear business impacts, remediation plans, and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess cybersecurity risks across OT, ICS, and hybrid IT/OT environments.
• Translate vulnerabilities and security findings into business impact and remediation options.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to understand systems and operational risks.
• Support security reviews for OT environments, new assets, vendors, and acquisitions.
• Prioritize and track remediation activities, commitments, and timelines.
• Support risk assessments, exception reviews, and cybersecurity documentation.
• Identify recurring risks and systemic security issues.
• Create clear risk reports, metrics, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Experience with OT/ICS, industrial environments, energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure.
• Background in cybersecurity, risk management, vulnerability management, IT infrastructure, networking, or systems administration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Ability to translate technical cybersecurity risks into clear business recommendations.
