Senior OSINT Trainer

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior OSINT Trainer to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will be responsible for delivering specialized open-source intelligence training and developing curriculum that supports mission-driven personnel in a highly structured, security-focused environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong instructional design skills with the ability to translate emerging research methods and data sources into practical learning experiences. This position also plays an important role in measuring training effectiveness, maintaining program records, and continuously improving course content in support of operational objectives.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Execute training sessions for open-source intelligence courses at a designated training center
• Stay current on emerging internet data sets and exploitation techniques
• Design training programs and assess their effectiveness
• Organize educational programs for designated personnel
• Conduct in-depth research in support of national security and technology topics
• Develop and refine comprehensive open-source intelligence course content
• Maintain thorough records of training activities and program success

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience creating training curricula with modern delivery methods
• Expertise in assessing training effectiveness and developing advanced training concepts
• Knowledge of multimedia applications in training development

Pay

$112,200 – $196,400 annually
