Senior Oracle NMS Trainer

Seeking experienced trainers to support a large-scale implementation of the Oracle Utilities Network Management System (NMS), a modernized control room platform being deployed across the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesAttend and successfully complete the Train-the-Trainer program.Learn Oracle NMS functionality, workflows, and training materials.Deliver instructor-led end-user training to control room operators and support staff.Facilitate engaging adult-learning experiences in a highly regulated and technical environment.Lead classroom training sessions, demonstrations, hands-on activities, and knowledge checks.Support learners during system adoption and transition activities.Maintain consistent training quality and delivery standards across multiple classes and locations.Provide feedback on training effectiveness and opportunities for continuous improvement.
