We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle EBS Finance Functional SME to lead and support Oracle E-Business Suite Financials initiatives.

Serve as the Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle EBS Financials.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions.
Configure and support Oracle Financial modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- iExpenses
- EBTax
Lead fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, and business process improvement initiatives.
Support integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party systems.
Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams during development and testing.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation, and production support activities.
Provide guidance on month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes.
Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.

10+ years of Oracle EBS Finance Functional experience.
Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle EBS R12 Financials.
Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and related financial modules.
Experience with business process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials migration or transformation projects.
Knowledge of Oracle EBS integrations, reporting, and workflow processes.
CPA, CMA, or Oracle Financials certifications are a plus.
Public sector or large enterprise implementation experience preferred.
