Red Arch Solutions is hiring a Senior Oracle Database Admin / Engineer to join their contract in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

Required

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• BS in CS or related course of study, or equivalent year’s experience
• 10 + years experience administering to, and engineering solutions with Oracle’s database (10 – current)
• Extensive experience with database design and modeling; as well as, the collection and interpretation of customer requirements relevant to database migration, troubleshooting, performance observation and tuning
• Significant experience with the production and deployment of RAC, RMAN backup & recovery
• Experience with Oracle Exadata, DB security, Data Guard and / or DB Vault, Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, label security, and data migration
• Must be an independent worker with strong communications skills

Qualifications

• Develops an integrated and robust solution based on customer needs combining GOTS, COTS, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and third party components
• Provides subject matter experience to assist customer through difficult business decisions
• Designs, configures and implements all aspects of the full stack architecture delivering innovative solutions by combining Oracle best practices, knowledge in IT product offerings, and business acumen
• Recommends enhancements to meet complex customer needs

Pay

Salary range for this position: $180,000 - $200,000
