Senior Oracle Cloud Applications Analyst
About the role
As the Senior Oracle Cloud Applications Analyst for TQL, you will play a key role in supporting and evolving our Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials platform while partnering closely with leaders across Accounting, Finance, IT and Data to keep our financial systems scalable, stable and aligned with the company’s continued growth. In this senior functional and technical subject matter expert role, you will drive system enhancements, support enterprise integrations, manage quarterly Oracle Cloud release readiness and help shape the long-term ERP roadmap, including improvements in automation, reporting and financial data integrity across the organization. This is a highly visible position that blends ERP functional expertise, technical problem solving, and business partnership.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials, advising stakeholders on system capabilities, best practices and scalable solutions
- Partner with Accounting and Finance leaders to translate business requirements into system configurations, enhancements and automation opportunities
- Lead the design, configuration, testing and deployment of Oracle Fusion Financials enhancements
- Manage and coordinate quarterly Oracle Cloud ERP releases, including release impact analysis, regression testing and stakeholder communication
- Support and optimize integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems including data platforms and operational applications
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, automation, reporting and system performance through better use of Oracle capabilities
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) to resolution
- Document business requirements, process flows, system configurations and integration points
- Partner with IT and Data teams to ensure data governance, financial reporting accuracy and compliance with internal controls
Requirements
- 5+ years of ERP, Financial Systems or Business Systems Analyst experience
- 2+ years supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials / Oracle Cloud ERP
- Experience supporting core modules - General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Cash Management
- Experience working with ERP integrations, financial data structures and enterprise reporting environments
- Technical experience with SQL, XML and data analysis
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into system design
- Proven ability to work across Finance, Accounting, IT and Data teams
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
Skills
- ERP, Financial Systems or Business Systems Analyst experience
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials / Oracle Cloud ERP experience
- Core modules - General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Cash Management
