Senior Operations Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Working within a small team, interface directly with operational clients and other support technicians to ensure tasks are completed promptly and in compliance with policy
• Develop new ways of solving problems
• Contribute to training your customers to enhance their mission effectiveness

Basic Qualifications

• 10 years of experience supporting sensitive client operations
• Demonstrated familiarity with policies and systems specific to sensitive operations support
• Independent, diligent, and process-oriented work style

Desired Experience

• Creating and updating project documentation, to include SOPs and status reports
• Experience in creating and delivering training materials
• Experience communicating with executives

Clearance

• An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required

Pay

The base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is $158,900—$195,000 USD.
