Senior Operations Specialist - EH&B Reporting & Governance
About the role
The Senior Operations Specialist - Reporting on the Offshore Business Operations Team for the Employee Health & Benefits Area at McGriff Specialty, a division of Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), plays a crucial role in supporting offshore initiatives. This is a fully remote position available nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Monitor service performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and review and challenge reporting and results.
- Track and report issues, trends, and outcomes from monitoring activities to senior management.
- Prepare management information and governance reporting, including escalation protocols for risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiently resolve operational issues.
- Manage and respond to ongoing client or stakeholder requests, escalations, and ensure timely resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor system and process performance, implementing enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide system access administrative support.
Requirements
- College Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
- Life & Health Insurance License.
- Employee Health and Benefits experience.
- Offshore Operations experience.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters while prioritizing responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Employee Health & Benefits specific systems and applications (plus).
Skills
- College Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
- Life & Health Insurance License.
- Employee Health and Benefits experience.
- Offshore Operations experience.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters while prioritizing responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goals.

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $56,100 to $104,700. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
