Senior Operations Director, Continuum of Care - Medicaid Care Delivery and Ops

Kaiser Permanente · Pleasanton, CA · 1 mo ago
Management$217k–$280k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The job summary is like a description; we can treat as About the role? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections we have content for. We have job summary (could be About the role). We have Essential Responsibilities (Responsibilities). We have Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Core) and (Functional) – that could be Skills. We have Minimum Qualifications (Requirements/Qualifications). Preferred Qualifications maybe also part of Qualifications. We have Pay Range (Pay). We have Schedule (Scheduled Weekly Hours, Shift, Workdays, Working Hours Start/End, Job Schedule: Full-time). So we can include Schedule section. Benefits? Not mentioned except "Kaiser Permanente strives to offer a market competitive total rewards package" but not specific benefits; we should not create Benefits section unless specific content. So omit Benefits. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the details from each section. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At the end there is EEO statement etc; we should drop that. Also "Kaiser Permanente strives to offer a market competitive total rewards package..." is somewhat generic but maybe considered boilerplate? It's about total rewards but not specific benefits; we might drop it as it's not specific benefit details. However the instruction says: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." And "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". The total rewards sentence is vague; could be considered filler. Safer to omit Benefits section entirely. We need to include Pay section with the pay range: "$216700 - $280390 / year". Also note that the posting says "Pay Range: $216700 - $280390 / year". We'll include that. Schedule: we have Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40, Shift: Day, Workdays: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Working Hours Start: 08:00 AM Working Hours End: 05:00 PM, Job Schedule: Full-time. Also maybe "Location: Flexible" etc but that's location not schedule. We'll include schedule details. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For responsibilities we have a long paragraph with many sentences; we could break into bullet points? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The responsibilities section is not explicitly a list but contains many duties; we could treat each sentence as a list item? However the instruction says "for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". If the original text is not formatted as a list, we might keep as

. But to be safe, we could keep as

for prose. However the responsibilities section is long; we could keep as

      . The instruction says use

      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. If we don't have explicit list, we can use

        . We'll keep responsibilities as

. For Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: we have two lists: Core and Functional. Those are lists of items separated by commas. Could be turned into

        • . We'll treat each as list items. Minimum Qualifications: list of bullet-like statements; we can turn into
          • . Preferred Qualifications: also list. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the exact text? We can rephrase slightly but must preserve meaning. Safer to copy the text as is, maybe split into sentences. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

            That's huge but okay.

            Skills

We need to split Core and Functional maybe as two subsections? Could just list all. We could do:

            Skills

            • Ambiguity/Uncertainty Management
            • Attention to Detail
            • ... etc. But we have many items; we need to include all. We'll split by capital letters? Better to keep as is? Might be okay to keep as a single string but that's not a list. The instruction says use
              • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. This is a list of skills; we should make each item a
