Senior Operations Associate

We are a rapidly growing financial technology firm seeking an operations professional to join our New York-based team. This role will manage client implementations, enhance operational processes, and help scale a complex business through automation and technology-driven solutions. It is a highly visible position that partners closely with clients, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, offering significant exposure to operations, product, and technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for new clients
• Manage account setup, data migrations, system integrations, and operational transitions
• Design and improve scalable operational workflows through automation and process optimization
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementations
• Oversee documentation, compliance requirements, and operational configuration activities
• Deliver training and onboarding support to clients throughout implementation
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through technology, data, and AI-powered tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, client onboarding, implementation, project management, or a related function
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization
• Experience building or improving operational processes in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with data, reporting tools, spreadsheets, and operational platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
• Exposure to automation, workflow optimization, or AI-enabled solutions preferred
• Experience within financial services, fintech, or another high-growth environment is a plus

Pay

$90,000 - $130,000 base + equity
