Senior Oncology Account Manager - Charlotte, NC (Remote)

About the role

This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic execution across a multi-state territory with commercial impact
• Expand relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
• Leverage advanced analytics for strategic refinement
• Partner cross-functionally to solve clinical and operational challenges
• Represent field perspectives in brand planning and innovation discussions
• Identify trends and unmet needs within the territory
• Lead strategic initiatives in collaboration with access and reimbursement teams
• Serve as an ambassador for product launches and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• BS/BA or Master's degree in a related discipline
• 9 years of relevant experience or 7 years with a Master's
• Minimum of 5 years of oncology sales experience
• Launch experience required
• Strong skills in relationship management, communication, and teamwork

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $198,000 – $253,500 annually
