Senior Network Medical Director, Southeast Region

About the Role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Network Medical Director Southeast Region to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.

Location

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation

$184,112 – $396,550 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary clinical leader for Southeast Region healthcare provider relationships
• Partner with teams to assess provider performance on cost and quality
• Shape strategic engagement approach with healthcare providers
• Accountable for provider cost, quality, and experience performance
• Collaborate within the medical affairs leadership team
• Ensure timely execution of deliverables per regulatory standards

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Active medical license without encumbrances
• Board Certified in relevant specialty with Maintenance of Certification
• 5+ years in managed care, specifically in value-based care
• 3+ years experience specifically in quality measures
• Ability to engage at multiple organizational levels
• Proficient in working in a matrixed organization
