Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations.
- Administer routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, load balancers, and cloud networking.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize reliability.
- Lead network projects including upgrades, hardware refreshes, security initiatives, and disaster recovery.
- Maintain network security, documentation, and access controls.
- Mentor junior team members and serve as an escalation point for technical issues.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams on enterprise initiatives.
Technical Requirements
- Enterprise networking experience with Cisco (Nexus, Routing, Wireless, ISE).
- Experience with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls.
- Networking in Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud environments.
- Experience with F5 BIG-IP load balancers and Web Application Firewall (WAF).
- Strong knowledge of BGP and OSPF routing protocols.
- Experience with Cisco Meraki and/or Juniper is a plus.
- Ansible for network automation is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4–6+ years of enterprise network administration/engineering experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while leading technical projects independently.
Compensation
Up to $125,000 annually.
