About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Senior .NET Solutions Architect to lead the design and evolution of our flagship 360-degree loan processing platform. This high-impact role focuses on building a scalable, multi-tenant SaaS product that manages the entire lending lifecycle—from customer onboarding and credit appraisal to disbursement and recovery. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud-native architecture, high-concurrency microservices, and secure multi-tenant data isolation.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and maintain a modular, multi-tenant SaaS architecture using .NET 8/9+ and microservices patterns.
- Security & Identity: Implement robust authentication and authorization strategies using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), specifically managing B2B workflows for internal staff and B2C for customer-facing portals.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Lead the provisioning of cloud resources using Terraform, ensuring environment parity across Dev, UAT, and Production.
- Integration Excellence: Design seamless communication between services using Azure Service Bus and Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management) to connect with external credit bureaus and payment gateways.
- DevOps & Orchestration: Manage containerized workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or high-scale Azure App Services, ensuring CI/CD excellence via Git.
- Data Modeling: Architect high-performance schemas in SQL Server, implementing data isolation strategies (e.g., database-per-tenant or schema-per-tenant) to ensure regulatory compliance and performance.
- Define the technical roadmap, ensure high availability on Azure, and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
Requirements
- Mastery of .NET Core / .NET 6+ and C#.
- Hands-on experience with Azure (Compute, Storage, Networking, and Monitoring).
- Proven experience with Distributed Systems, Sagas, Event Sourcing, and Outbox patterns.
- Proficiency with Terraform and container orchestration (Docker/K8s).
- Deep understanding of asynchronous messaging via Azure Service Bus or NATS.
- Practical experience configuring Entra ID (B2B/B2C), OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
- Advanced T-SQL, performance tuning, and designing multi-tenant data architectures.
Preferred Experience
- Background in Fintech, Banking, or Lending domains (Loan Origination, Servicing, or Credit Scoring).
- Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Architecture.
- Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, GDPR, or local financial regulations).
- Experience with front-end integration (Angular, React, or Flutter) for a true 360-degree user experience.
Skills
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance immediate feature delivery with long-term technical debt management.
- Communication: Capable of explaining complex architectural trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentorship: A passion for code reviews, architectural workshops, and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
