About the role
A Senior .NET SQL Developer/Support Engineer is needed to join our dynamic team. This position will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting complex database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server and .NET technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance SQL Server databases and related applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform database performance tuning and optimization
- Develop and maintain robust error handling and logging mechanisms
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the codebase
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience as a .NET SQL Developer/Support Engineer
- Proficiency in SQL Server 2016/2019, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and triggers
- Experience with Entity Framework and LINQ
- Strong understanding of relational database design and normalization
- Experience with .NET Core/C# and ASP.NET MVC
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Experience with Azure SQL Database and Azure DevOps is a plus
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus

- $80,000 - $120,000 annually
