Senior .NET Developer – Azure & AI Solutions

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modernize, and support enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET 8/.NET Core.
• Modernize legacy .NET Framework and Web Forms applications into modern .NET 8 and cloud-native architectures.
• Design and implement scalable cloud-native solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure services.
• Develop and integrate Azure services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Build and implement AI-powered solutions using AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering techniques, and GitHub Copilot for Developers.
• Develop secure microservices and RESTful APIs while implementing modern API security practices and Microsoft Entra ID/B2C authentication.
• Utilize containerization technologies to support cloud-native application deployment.
• Work closely with client stakeholders and technical teams to evaluate business requirements and recommend scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies, solution assessments, and gap analyses to support application modernization initiatives.
• Analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective, innovative solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to project teams, stakeholders, and leadership while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• Expert-level experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core/.NET 8, and cloud-native application development.
• Strong experience developing applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Azure App Services
• Azure Functions
• Azure API Management
• Azure Service Bus
• Azure SQL
• Azure OpenAI
• Azure AI Foundry
• Experience implementing AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and GitHub Copilot for Developers.
• Strong experience developing microservices, secure REST APIs, and implementing API security.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/B2C authentication.
• Experience modernizing legacy .NET Framework/Web Forms applications to .NET 8 and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency with GitHub or Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
• Solid understanding of SQL, Cosmos DB, and modern UI frameworks such as Blazor, React, or Angular.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience conducting feasibility studies and solution assessments.
• Expertise in performing gap analyses and recommending practical technical solutions.
• Ability to evaluate complex technical requirements and provide actionable recommendations.
