Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) status and a Master’s degree in Music Therapy.
- 5–7 years of experience in mental health settings utilizing trauma-informed frameworks.
- Experience with participatory, context-based Community Music Therapy approaches.
- Demonstrated success in group facilitation, program evaluation, and student internship supervision.
- Reliable transportation for effective travel to off-site partner locations around greater Boston.

Hiring Range
$73,000 to $85,000; salary dependent on relevant experience and education.
