Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary group of in-house and external videographers, photographers, and freelancers, including scheduling, assignments, feedback, and quality oversight.
- Provide art direction and guide all visual storytelling to align with brand values, campaign goals, and audience needs.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, social, strategy, brand, and executive stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify messaging, and align deliverables across teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external creative agencies, ensuring strong communication, strategic alignment, timeline adherence, and consistent execution.
- Oversee full pre-production, production, and post-production workflows for video, photo, and event content.
- Develop detailed production schedules, timelines, and documentation, including storyboards, scripts, call sheets, shot lists, permits, production contacts, and releases.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor sourcing, including hiring freelance videographers, editors, production companies, and talent.
- Act as on-site production lead, line producer, and director for video and photo shoots.
- Manage shoot logistics, including location coordination, staffing, talent handling, props, and equipment needs.
- Operate production equipment as needed, including lighting, sound, and teleprompter.
- Ensure shoots stay on schedule and deliver high-quality content that meets strategic goals.
- Partner with editors throughout the editing process, shaping pacing, structure, style, and music direction prior to rough cut delivery.
- Manage all review cycles in Frame.io and ensure final assets meet brand and creative standards.
- Archive all final assets, including legal documentation and backup storage, for future use.
- Support and manage events ranging from small meetings to large-scale activations.
- Develop run of show documents, event timelines, and production plans.
- Cook up staging, AV, photography, videography, vendors, and onsite logistics.
- Manage attendee check-ins, releases, and event-day operations.
- Maintain comprehensive archives of all photo and video assets.
- Manage the recording and uploading of airport announcements and company-created content for airport screens.
- Upload monthly visual assets to Sprout Social and lead the creation of social video content aligned with campaign calendars.
- Source stock and archived video/photo assets to support production needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of video, photo, and event production experience in business or public sector environments.
- Experience in agency or studio production settings preferred.
- Demonstrated experience producing content for social, digital, video, broadcast, and event platforms.
