Responsibilities

• We are looking for a Senior Multifamily Asset Manager to lead performance and value creation across our 1,200+ unit Los Angeles portfolio.
• You will spend significant time onsite collaborating closely with property management staff, set asset management strategy, and own the numbers.
• You will define how our assets are run: the business plans, the operating standards we hold our property managers to, the capital programs that reposition properties, and the analysis that informs financing decisions.
• You will own your assets, partner with property management on operational strategy, and at times support the acquisitions team on new investments.
• As the platform grows, you will have an opportunity to build and lead an asset management team beneath you.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily asset management, real estate private equity, or a related property operations role.
• Demonstrated track record executing asset-level business plans and conducting financial analysis for multifamily properties, particularly class B/C assets.
